Senior UX Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer (UI / UX) who is passionate about cognitive simplicity and designing high-impact B2B SaaS experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Design a unified Single Pane of Glass experience that integrates multiple technical sub-applications

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create intuitive, automated product flows from manual service logic

Design data-dense dashboards and automation frameworks that reduce cognitive overload for users

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of UI / UX or Product Design experience, particularly in B2B SaaS or complex data-driven applications

Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience with prototyping tools

Strong understanding of technical constraints and ability to design within engineering feasibility

Portfolio required, demonstrating simplification case studies of complex systems
