About The Position

Vista Community Clinic -

  • Part Time
  • Hours : 20 hours / week : Tuesday & Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM, and Thursday, 8 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Compensation : $49-$52 per hour

  • $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation package available (Will be prorated for PT)

  • Additional Info : Clinical Supervisor - CA (LCSW / LMFT / Psychologist)

    Provide supervision to ASW / AMFT / APCC interns per BBS guidelines and VCC policies. Deliver direct therapy and crisis intervention as needed. Review and sign clinical documentation weekly to ensure compliance. Participate in case reviews and help guide clinical direction for counseling programs. Coordinate student / volunteer learning agreements and serve as field liaison. Assist with audits and quality assurance activities.

    Requirements : Master's or Ph.D. in relevant field; current CA license (LCSW / LMFT / Psychologist); 2+ yrs experience; clinical supervisor training; CPR certified (BLS); valid CA driver's license and insurance; evening availability.
