• Full-time permanent position
• 3 / 12 hour day shifts (Schedule to be discussed during the interview)
• The provider must be able to conduct preventative and wellness care, vaccines, walk-in, and medical urgent care
• The strong support staff of MD's and advanced practitioners onsite
• At least 1 year experience is required
