CDL-A OTR Truck Driver

Our client, Western Hauling is hiring experienced and reliable CDL-A OTR Drivers to join our growing fleet. We operate newer Peterbilt trucks, run guaranteed miles, and offer competitive weekly pay. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CDL Class A trucks with automatic transmissions, transporting goods across designated OTR routes.
• Safely deliver no-touch freight in 53' dry van or reefer trailers.
• Conduct routine pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Accurately log driving hours, fuel usage, and maintenance records.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for scheduling updates and route coordination.
• Represent the company with professionalism and adhere to all DOT regulations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean driving record - no more than one accident or moving violation in the last 3 years.
• Minimum of 1 year OTR experience preferred.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation & Perks

• Weekly Pay Estimate: $1,700 - $2,000 per week
• Mileage Pay: $0.50 - $0.60 per mile
• Guaranteed: 3,000 miles per week
• Quarterly Safety Bonus
• $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
• PTO available after 90 days
