About the role
Woodie’s Wash Shack is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Construction Project Manager to lead new-site and remodel projects. If someone has retail development experience and a passion for delivering successful projects, they’ll be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout
- Build / manage schedules, budgets, scopes, and logistics
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams
- Review and implement Owner contract requirements
- Oversee subcontractor buyout and scope development
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and design documents
- Track cost-to-complete, cash flow, and forecasting
- Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
