Job descriptionManage a portfolio of residential stone installation and masonry projects, ensuring timely and quality completion Lead installation efforts and uphold operational KPIs and safety compliance Maintain strong customer relationships with installer teams and collaborate across departments Track project timelines and job completions to facilitate smooth operations Demonstrate core values and effective leadership in project execution 2-5 years of experience in project management Solid understanding of the residential construction process Experience managing a team Ability to travel as required Bachelor\'s degree preferred in business, construction management, or related field, or equivalent experience Experience in the new construction / remodel industry Construction project management experience Strong communication and team leadership skills Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly Experience in data analysis and reporting
