Job description

Job Definition :

  • Report to the Service Manager on Duty and / or the Banquet Supervisor.
  • Adheres to and practices all guidelines and procedures as set forth in the Employee Manual.

Job Duties :

  • Completes required set-up / preparation of area prior to scheduled event(s).
  • Serves food / drink to members / guests following service standards.
  • Monitors members / guests anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction.
  • Clears tables and breaks down area after completion of food service activity.
  • Completes assigned end of shift duties.
  • Other duties as assigned.

    • General :

  • Promotes and applies teamwork skills at al times.
  • Notifies appropriate indiviual promptly and fully of problems and / or unusual matters of significance.
  • Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members / guests, management and fellow employees.
  • Complies with required safety regulations and procedures.
  • Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions.
  • Complies with club standards, policies, and rules.
  • Remains current with club information and changes.
  • Complies with club uniform and grooming standards.

    Nearly three centuries ago in 1711, these 170 acres of magnificent, rolling panorama were part of a 500-acre tract of land granted by William Penn to the Evans family. Operated since that time by succeeding generations of the same family as a dairy farm, most of the striking views that typify the heart of southern Chester County's exquisite hunt country were preserved and even enhanced when, in 1962, White Manor Country Club bought the land from the Evans family and created its new home. Today, White Manor is where you will find one of the country's most beautiful and challenging golf courses.
