Job descriptionWeekly direct deposit Malpractice insurance with tail coverage Supportive credentialing assistance Lodging and mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Flexible scheduling Perform inpatient consultations and procedures, including endoscopies, colonoscopies, and ERCP. Manage cases such as abdominal pain, GI bleed, SBO, food bolus, ulceration, and gastritis. Work alongside endoscopy-trained GI nursing staff. Collaborate with hospitalists for patient admissions. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology Texas state medical license ACLS certification Clean malpractice record highly preferred Variable shifts to cover specific dates On-call and weekend duties as necessary Proficiency in ERCP and common gastrointestinal procedures Strong patient management and communication skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
