Compensation : This position is hourly. The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $19.72 and $21.00.

Position Details

On-Site Services Crib Associate (OSCA) perform warehouse and inventory management responsibilities and functions to support inventory integrity, order processing - picking, packing, staging, and shipping, and general maintenance and housekeeping responsibilities to provide a safe and clean work environment. You will report to On-Site Service Manager.

You Will

• Receive product from multiple sources including Grainger competitors; put away product and maximize cube space
• Process backorders to fulfill customer orders and meet order ready times
• Picks & stages customer orders to achieve our goals and Customer expectations
• Pick and prepare orders for customer. ( tracking items removed from crib )
• Perform inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Grounds keeping and trash collection / disposal to provide a clean appearance for customers and employees
• Support customer service by assisting customers picking up and loading product
• Resolve customer problems promptly in a manner to retain and promote customer loyalty
