Insight Global's client is seeking a Customer Service Agent in Columbus, IN, for a direct hire opportunity. Our client is an independent, family-owned insurance agency offering a wide range of insurance products. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and a passion for serving others. You’ll work closely with clients to provide tailored personal insurance solutions and maintain long-term relationships. The Service Agent will work full-time onsite, Monday – Friday, and support three producers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a book of personal insurance clients.
- Provide expert advice on home, auto, and umbrella insurance products and coverage options.
- Process policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and carriers.
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
