About the Role
Lead and grow our commercial and industrial HVAC & refrigeration service operations in the Long Island market. Oversee a team of skilled technicians delivering preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency services to a wide range of facilities—including warehouses, manufacturing plants, office complexes, and retail environments. Drive operational excellence, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop HVAC / R service technicians to meet performance and quality goals
- Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and service delivery for multiple client accounts
- Manage commercial and industrial HVAC & refrigeration maintenance contracts and service calls
- Ensure accurate job costing, budget adherence, and profitability
- Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance at all times
