Academic Process Team Lead

A company is looking for an Academic Wage-Salaried : AMP Academic Process Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with data clean-up and implementation of academic homes in Banner

Write, validate, and execute testing across all phases of the AMP project

Conduct needs assessments and develop training programs for UHR processes in Workday

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant professional experience

Three years of experience in complex administrative work in Human Resources or Payroll

Intermediate level experience with Windows-based software

Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
