Responsibilities :

Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and attentive demeanor, ensuring they have a positive experience.

Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

Coordinate with the administration team and service department to schedule appointments and manage customer needs.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless order processing.

Respond to customer emails promptly and with care, resolving any issues or concerns.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage schedules, create reports, and maintain documentation.

Process order entries with precision and review details for accuracy.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Provide valet services as needed, ensuring timely and attentive assistance.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and following up when necessary.

Requirements :

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a detail-oriented approach.

Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and document tasks effectively.

Ability to schedule appointments and coordinate with multiple departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and customer interaction.

Familiarity with order entry systems and procedures.

Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
