Position Details :

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8am 5pm

Patient Encounters : Minimum of 18 per shift

Patient Mix : Pediatric and adult populations

Charting : Closure required within 72 hours

Credentialing timeframe : days

Nearest airport : ACV Arcata

Requirements :

Board Certified Physician Assistant (Family Medicine / Primary Care)

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar setting

California PA license

CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate required

Active DEA before start date

Current BLS certification

Required immunizations : flu vaccine, TB test / X-ray results, positive titers or complete series for MMR, Hep B, Varicella Zoster, plus Tdap within last 10 years

CV must include month / year on work history with all gaps explained

30-day notice required for ending assignments

Compensation :

Estimated hourly rate : $85 $100
