What this job involves :
This position plays a key role in maintaining peak warehouse efficiency while supporting facility management services to ensure exceptional client satisfaction. You'll be responsible for inventory management, asset tracking, compliance monitoring, and contributing to operational excellence within our integrated facility management team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include :
Maintain client satisfaction through delivery of high-quality Facility Management services and support programs
Support warehouse manager in establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals to ensure peak efficiency
Execute daily warehouse operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
Conduct regular physical inventory counts of Fixed Assets and maintain 100% accuracy between physical inventory and system data
Follow established workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans
Monitor and ensure compliance with JLL audit standards, local codes, regulations, and operational policies
Practice and monitor hazard control and team safety practices to maintain a safe work environment
Collaborate with account team members to develop and implement facility management best practices and innovations
Meet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational standards
Desired experience and technical skills
Requirements :
High School graduate or equivalent
Minimum of three (3) years of industry experience
Ability to operate warehouse material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Strong teamwork and relationship building skills
Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Preferred : CDL License
Knowledge of commercial workstation systems (furniture)
Experience with warehouse operations and inventory management
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability
Location : On-site Malvern, PA
