Job descriptionVerify orders and patient ID; obtain clinical history. Perform CT exams independently per protocol. Administer contrast and maintain venipuncture competency. Evaluate images for quality and send exams to PACS; complete RIS documentation. Monitor patient condition and respond to emergencies. Prep patients; follow sterile technique and Time Out procedures. Operate CT scanners, power injectors, and department workstations. Adjust technique for lowest radiation dose with diagnostic image quality. Perform CT QC per ACR / manufacturer guidelines. Clean and maintain equipment; report malfunctions.
