Operations Program Manager

A company is looking for an Operations Program Manager to lead execution discipline for Customer Success programs and the CRO Partnership Model.

Key Responsibilities

Implement a standardized project / program management framework

Drive execution of Customer Success and CRO Partnership Model initiatives

Track dependencies, risks, and interlocks across customer excellence programs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

7+ years in project / program management, preferably in consulting or customer-facing initiatives

PMI or equivalent certification preferred

Experience in life sciences, CRO, or SaaS environments preferred

Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external partners
