Case Manager
North American Family Institute (NAFI) is accepting resumes for a full-time Case Manager for the delivery of Parenting with Love and Limits (PLL) to adolescent youth and families living in Polk, Highlands, and Hardee Counties, Florida . PLL is an evidence-based community program. NAFI works with youth and families involved with the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice.
All applicants will have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college in a related human service field, and experience working with at-risk adolescents. This position requires a valid Florida driver’s license, a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the willingness to drive to multiple sites, including transporting clients, as needed. This position also requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening hours, as needed. Computer experience and familiarity with electronic health records is required.
Compensation for this position is $18.54 per hour.
