Floor Manager

Located in Brooklyn’s Prospect Heights neighborhood, Leland Eating and Drinking House promotes sustainable hand-made cuisine while supporting local farms, creating natural and healthy food without forgoing flavor. We are currently looking for a Floor Manager who has a magnetic personality, that cares about hospitality, has an eye for details and is passionate about natural food and beverage. You must want to be part of a team that leads by example and not afraid to take on any tasks that may arise. General requirements :

• Strong knowledge and interest in food and beverage
• Passion to reduce waste, recycling and composting
• Availability to work weekends
• NYC Food Protection Certificate Card Holder
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Sense of humor and positive attitude
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation guidelines of NYDOH and

maintain a letter A grade
