Job descriptionStrong leadership and team coordination skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges quickly. Commitment to safety and adherence to company standards. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Capability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ability to stand, walk, and climb for extended periods. Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. and occasional lifting of heavier materials with assistance. Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions including heat, cold, and inclement weather. Manual dexterity and ability to operate tools and equipment safely. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check. Must comply with all company safety and operational policies. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate day shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance.
- Support team members through training and guidance to achieve operational goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for quality and productivity.
