Location : Nestled in Eastern Connecticut this city includes rural country areas, suburban neighborhoods, and historic districts. This area provides a low cost of living relative to large metropolitan areas and breathtaking coastline being within 80 miles from New York, NY, 40 miles from Hartford, CT and 20 minutes to the coast.

Healthcare Organization : A non-profit hospital-owned multi-specialty group. All primary care offices are recognized as Patient-Centered Medical Homes.

Opportunity : Seeking a mid-level provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary care services

• 100% outpatient primary care
• Flexible schedule options with 4 or 5 day work week

Compensation : Competitive base salary, depending on experience ($115-146k) plus incentive compensation based on productivity and quality measures.
