Position Overview
We are seeking a technically savvy Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creative marketing expertise with hands-on AI capabilities to drive our digital marketing initiatives from our Fort Lauderdale, FL office. This role requires a strategic thinker who can seamlessly blend social media management, email marketing, workflow automation, and graphic design to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience of technology professionals and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with business objectives and industry trends
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Social Media Management
Manage and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional platformsCreate engaging content that showcases our expertise in talent acquisition and technologyMonitor social media trends and engage with industry conversationsDevelop social media campaigns to promote events, thought leadership, and company cultureEmail Marketing & Automation
Design and execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and client engagementBuild and optimize automated email workflows and drip campaignsSegment audiences and personalize messaging for different stakeholder groupsA / B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsWorkflow Automation & MarTech
Implement and optimize marketing automation tools and workflowsIntegrate various marketing platforms and ensure seamless data flowCreate automated lead scoring and qualification processesStreamline repetitive marketing tasks through intelligent automationGraphic Design & Creative Content

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on B2B marketingProven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaignsTechnical Skills
Social Media : Experience with LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, InstagramEmail Marketing : Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Pardot, or similarMarketing Automation : Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, N8N, HubSpot Workflows, etc.)Graphic Design : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CanvaAnalytics : Strong experience with Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing attributionCRM Systems : Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platformsAI & Technology Skills
