Job Details

Manage benefits administration : Oversee health, dental, vision, and retirement plans, managing enrollment processes and acting as a point of contact for employee questions.

Administer compensation programs : Assist with salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and the annual compensation review process, which includes merit increases and incentive pay.

Ensure legal compliance : Stay up-to-date on and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations like the ACA, HIPAA, and COBRA.

Support employees : Conduct meetings with new hires to explain benefits and assist with offboarding tasks, including final pay and benefit reviews.

Analyze data and trends : Evaluate compensation and benefits data to provide insights, generate reports for leadership, and help develop competitive strategies.

Manage vendor relationships : Coordinate with external vendors for benefits and payroll services.

Contribute to total rewards strategy : Support employee engagement and recognition programs, such as service awards, wellness initiatives, and work-life balance options.
