Job descriptionMitigation tasks include utilizing industry equipment to dry structures, tear out of damaged materials, and daily monitoring of progress with moisture meters. Fire losses vary from detailed cleaning of soot damaged rooms and content to demolition of heavily affected areas. Some jobs require the packing and moving of content (furniture) for storage or offsite cleaning. This can include repetitive or strenuous lifting Working in confined areas such as attics and crawlspaces is often required. No prior experience is necessary Training is provided and certifications are available. Technician Requirements : - Positive attitude and a willingness to accept responsibility. A good driving record and valid license ( We Check ) Back Ground Screening ( We Check ) Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (moving furniture, loading, and unloading equipment) Able to work within a confined space Able to wear necessary PPE (respirator, tyvek suit, gloves, etc.) Participate in a mandatory after hours, on-call rotation for emergency service Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends Benefits
