Job descriptionStrong work ethic Valid Driver’s License and acceptable motor vehicle report Collaborate with team members for positive outcomes Be a self-starter Minimum of 3 years of commercial roofing estimating Knowledge of Planswift, Bluebeam, and Microsoft 365 products Legally eligible to work in the United States The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check and Will be subject to pre-employment and random drug testing. Competitive pay of $80,000-$120,000 dependent upon experience Company-sponsored health insurance (including FREE telemedicine via Teladoc for employees, spouses, & children of employees!) Voluntary insurance options including : dental (high & low plan options), vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, voluntary term life, critical illness, hospital indemnity, & accident Paid Time Off and 9 Paid Holidays 401k with generous company match (dollar for dollar on the first 3% of what you contribute, fifty cents per dollar on the next 2% of what you contribute) Principals only.

Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and willingness to deal with all types of situations are all important skills for this position. Job Responsibilities :
- Thorough understanding of all types of commercial roof systems. Estimate projects from start to finish.
Follow up-on project bids to track status and close projects. Job Requirements :
