We are seeking a motivated and others-focused Licensed Sales Producer to join our team. To achieve excellence as a producer, one must possess a combination of interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills . These include an outgoing personality , the ability to establish rapport with others , proficiency in resolving challenges , a high degree of discipline , persistence , and a genuine belief in the value of the work . Compensation for this role is a combination of base salary, commissions, and bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work leads in a timely and appropriate manner
• Establish Centers of Influence
• Complete all New Business Requirements and assist with any service issues for the 1st year of written business.
• Help transition new customers into clients by establishing relationships with the office and Account Manager.
• Ask for referrals and Google Reviews from satisfied customers.
• Identify additional opportunities that we can assist in (Commercial / Life / Health / Retirement / etc)

Requirements

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required
