Position Summary

Coordinate between design team, subcontractors, system owners and equipment engineering staff to ensure electrical / mechanical prefabrication installation progresses to plan and to design. This PM will also be responsible for performing functions associated with the software and hardware systems for Facilities Services Tool Hookup.

Role and Responsibilities

• Tool Hookup Mechanical Project Manager is primarily responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work of technical employees and contractors during mechanical tool installation, relocation, and demolition at the fab facilities.
• The Project Manager will support day-to-day Mechanical Tool Hookup operations by collaborating with Unit Part's Technicians and Engineers, PCS, FOM, and Facilities Services leadership.
• The Project Manager will be responsible for documenting and tracking schedule, incidents, and budget data for the full scope of mechanical Semiconductor Tool facilitations.
• Provide technical guidance to Facilities Services personnel and 3D MEP Design teams.
• Assist Facilities Services Tool Hookup team with Digital Transformation (DX) projects.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, and design teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Manage stakeholders in a customer-service-oriented team, effectively communicating and addressing their needs.
• Monitor and control production tool installs, facility mains / laterals, GCS, and electrical installations.
• Technical writing and reports : project presentations, daily / weekly reports and project closeout reporting.
• Develop and modify site specifications to align with ongoing site improvements.
• Develop software testing and validation procedures, programming and documentation for Facilities Services.
• Future scenario planning support including schedule forecasting, reporting, and infrastructure utility studies.
• Review and approval of RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Collects and verify KPI data.
• Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risk points for safety and code compliance.
• Has basic knowledge of the wafer fabrication process.

The current base salary range for this role is between $82,610 - $156,950. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
