- Years of Experience REQ: 1 YR of experience working with the frail and elderly, any relevant nursing experience with blood draws / labs / wound care

- Certs REQ: BLS
- Is On-Call REQ?: No
- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes, M-F
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: No; Lic REQ
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off up to 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)

Overview / Special Requirements
- Patient Diagnoses: Common diagnoses include dementia, CHF, diabetes, CVA, COPD, depression, schizophrenia, substance use disorders
- Special Equipment: ECG machine, autoclaving (with training), specimen prep (centrifuge, lab collection), vital monitoring
- Candidate is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation.

- Type of Facility: LTC / Outpatient clinic (PACE is an outpatient clinic type setting providing a range of services to our patients. We have a primary care clinic onsite with 2 medical providers (NP and MD) operating 5 days a week. To qualify for PACE, our patients must be 55 and older, living in a community setting, and need assistance with some ADLs. In addition to the clinic, we also have rehab services, adult day health, and social services onsite for our patients.)
