What is The Link?

The  Link  which is a community triage center located in Sioux Falls that is assist individuals who are experiencing a non-violent behavioral health crisis, seeking treatment for substance abuse disorders or searching for support services.  Being a community triage center, The Link assists in meeting the individual’s needs for critical services and linking them to the services to assist with their mental health or substance abuse challenges.

A Brief Overview

Delivers Nursing Care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends to understand patient conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.\n
