Mutiny is on the hunt for a creative powerhouse who can cut, design, and post content that stops the scroll and drives brand love. You’ll wear a few different hats—but they all look really good on you if you're into video editing, graphic design, content creation, and social media.

What You'll Be Doing :

Editing video content using Adobe Premiere (Reels, TikToks, product promos, etc.)

Designing scroll-worthy static graphics in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, or Express

Posting and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and more

Helping brainstorm and storyboard fun, thumb-stopping creative

Organizing and managing assets for a variety of brand campaigns

Where these assets will be living :

Organic Social accounts for the brands

Advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Website, etc.

Bonus points : appearing on camera for Reels, TikToks, tutorials, or memes (don’t worry—we’ll make you look good)

Even more bonus points : If you can shoot photos and video yourself and are comfy behind a camera too

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere (that’s your bread and butter)

A solid design eye for clean, clever layouts and text animations

Experience with Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Express or Canva)

Proven experience creating organic social content —not just editing someone else’s vision, but being the creator

Ability to juggle multiple brands and shift voice / style to match

Self-starter energy and ability to work independently without tons of hand-holding

Willingness to LEARN and GROW in this field. We are talking about taking initiative and extreme ownership

Nice-to-Haves :

You’ve been on camera before and liked it (you don’t need to be an influencer, just comfortable!)

You’ve got photography or videography chops

You’ve used a camera in manual mode before and didn’t break into a sweat

You’re obsessed with what makes content actually perform on platforms like TikTok and IG

Compensation & Benefits :

Hourly Rate : $10–$20 / hr depending on experience (but not limited to this range)

Schedule : Semi-flexible part-time hours (20 hrs / week) during our in-house window of 9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM—perfect for working around school or another job

Our office is located at : 1815 S State Street Suite 230, Orem, UT 84058 (Pillow Cube Office)

(No remote work available—must be local or willing to commute to the Orem office)
