As an Overnight Retail Merchandiser Lead, you will play a crucial role in merchandising support for retailers, ensuring shoppers have access to the products they love. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Constructing engaging displays and end caps.
  • Resetting shelves with product rotations to optimize space.
  • Tracking inventory to boost sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
  • Assisting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

    • About You :

  • You thrive on positive interactions, radiating friendliness and enthusiasm.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You can perform physical tasks including moving, bending, and standing, and can lift up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from the work location.
  • You possess 1-2 years of merchandising experience and have experience leading and training team members.
  • You can effectively use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
  • You excel in customer service and communication with clients, customers, and team members.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a focus on achieving results.
  • You can work independently but also love being part of a team.
  • You prioritize safety in all tasks, especially in a retail environment.
