Kenyon College invites applications for the position of Part-Time Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. This is a part-time position without benefits. Under the general direction of the Head Women’s Basketball Coach, this coach will assist with the responsibilities of the NCAA D-III Women's Basketball program in accordance with NCAA, NCAC, and Kenyon College policies and regulations.

It is also expected that the Part-Time Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach will embrace the department mission of fostering learning and developing community with a focus on the values of citizenship, competition, resiliency, sportsmanship, and teamwork within Kenyon’s unique campus culture. Successful candidates will be able to show a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in their support for students from diverse ethnic, socioeconomic, religious, and national backgrounds.

Essential Functions :

• Assist the Head Coach in all aspects, as needed.
• Be a contributing and positive member of the Kenyon Athletic Department AND Student Affairs Division.
• Represent Kenyon always in a positive and enthusiastic light.
• Teach the basic fundamentals of the game using a skill set that will complement the head coach’s instruction.
