Operations and IT Support Associate

Scope : The IT & Operations Support Specialist provides frontline technology and operational support to staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of both IT systems and office operations. This role assists the IT Manager with helpdesk requests and technical troubleshooting, while also supporting the Operations team with process implementation, office setup, and hands-on facilities tasks.

This role is ideal for a technically savvy, hands-on problem solver who enjoys variety in their day - from troubleshooting staff IT issues to helping roll out a new workflow or assembling a desk. The IT & Operations Support Specialist is an essential team member who ensures staff have the tools, processes, and environment they need to thrive.
