This is a full-time, in-store leadership role requiring a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5-10 years of retail sales experience (commission-based preferred)

5+ years in retail store management

Minimum Qualifications

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and develop talent

Track record of managing financial goals and store operations

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills

Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment

Physical Demands

Standing or walking : 93% of time

Desk or phone work : 5% of time

Lifting, shifting, or arranging product (up to 50 lbs.) : 2% of time

Expected Base Pay Not Including Potential Commissions, Incentive, Bonus, etc. Opportunities :

Pay Range : $68,000 - 85,000 salary per year plus bonus
