Regional Director of Operations

Anchored Executive Search is helping one of our clients find a rockstar Regional Director of Operations for their Alabama region.

A few highlights on the opportunity :

• Growing post-acute operator with soon to be 40 SNF's in 6 different states
• Awesome VP of Operations in Alabama who truly has an exceptional reputation and has been in the state for over 15 years
• This role would help the VP of Operations and would have direct oversight of 6-8 SNF's
• All buildings but one have stable Administrator's and no openings, and the one building that is open the Administrator just retired after 15 years at the building
• We're looking for a hands on leader - Rockstar Senior Administrator would be considered
• The base salary is very competitive, with a great bonus structure, car stipend, and relocation assistance if needed
• Best areas to relocate too would be Birmingham or Huntsville, Alabama
• Base salary is starting at 200k.
