No Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes with at least 2-years experience Patient Types : Minimal Peds (typically Ortho) Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 Required Skills : STRONG experience in Trauma (no burns), Neuro is required, General, Vascular, ENT, General, Ortho spine, Ortho (done at joint center / not requried), Gyn, vascular (Endovascular as well), urology, robotics for both General and Neuro, Plastics, breasts, eyes Prefer strong robotics experience (Robotic Mazor / DaVinci XI) Open Heart – CVOR if needed, general ORT does not need CVOR exp Required Certifications : Certification preferred, not required. Support on the Unit : ORA Desk assistant Some FA’s Charge nurse Team leaders for service lines Technology / Equipment : EMR : Cerner IV pumps : Plum 360 Medication dispensing : Omnicell Monitors : Spacelabs Floating : If yes, where? No Orientation : 2 weeks on day shift, expected to take buddy call while on orientation Scheduling : Weekend rotation : on call On call?
