About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in both residential and light to heavy commercial systems . This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who can work independently, with minimal supervision from managers and thrives in a clean, non-smoking environment .

• Work with dispatchers and service manager to execute service calls and complete jobs efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with clients and coworkers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and service vehicles.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of HVAC systems.
• Good presentation skills with customers, not afraid to sell
