Program Manager IV (Lead) – Sr. Manager, Data Warehouse

Service Type : Contract to Hire

Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Data Warehousing to lead a high-performing team within our Data Technology organization. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving innovation and continuous improvement in enterprise data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of 12–16 data professionals, providing strategic direction, coaching, and technical oversight.
  • Drive agile execution with a focus on velocity, transparency, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Execute the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) technology strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Participate in demand management and planning, assessing feasibility and estimating work effort.
  • Translate technical designs into physical data models that meet governance, architecture, and business requirements.
  • Manage data within the warehouse to ensure platform efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with data acquisition and operational teams to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Support incident resolution and promote continuous improvement across operational metrics.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale data warehousing engineering projects.
  • At least 7 years of experience managing data warehouse teams.
  • Expertise in enterprise data warehousing best practices and modern data architectures.
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams and deliver work aligned with business expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
  • Familiarity with IBM DataStage, Python / PySpark, Erwin Data Modeler, and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management practices.
  • Experience with business intelligence and advanced analytics.
