Loading Assistant

Shipping Assistant

Chief Buildings is seeking a 2nd shift Shipping Assistant to join our team. This position requires assistance with proper packaging, labeling, inspection of finished products and loading items onto flatbed or enclosed container trailers.

Job Responsibilities :

• Experience working in a manufacturing / warehouse setting.
• Ability to operate computers, forklift, and overhead cranes.
• Must be organized, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks with strict time frames.
• Ability to interpret fabrication drawings to help in calculating weights and lifting requirements.
• Basic math skills including decimals and fractions.
• Good communication skills.

Shift : 2nd Shift - 4 : 30pm - 3 : 00am
