Duties

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and provide clear, actionable legal analysis.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and orally, ensuring clients and team members receive concise, well-structured advice.
• Manage aspects of complex litigation cases with appropriate supervision, ensuring high-quality work product.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and attract new client opportunities.
• Assist in business development efforts through writing, presentations, and client outreach.
• Prepare legal documents, including briefs, deposition summaries, and indices.
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings as necessary.
• Utilize e-discovery tools to manage case materials and stay current with technology.
• Maintain professional and effective interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, including timely billing and administrative responsibilities.
• Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to team meetings, associate recruitment events, and firm-wide initiatives.
