ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, Questrom, Graduate Admissions Online MBA

As a central member of the Questrom School of Business Graduate Admissions Office (GAFAO) team and reporting to the Sr. Director, Online MBA Admissions, the Associate Director, MS in AI in Business Admissions, is responsible for developing and executing MS in AI in Business enrollment and marketing initiatives. This position also serves as a member of the MS in AI in Business admissions committee, of which responsibilities include evaluating applications for admission, identifying prime candidate prospects for the MS in AI in Business degree, guiding candidates through the application process, maintaining regular communication with admits, converting admits to enrolled students, and participating in recruitment travel to promote all Questrom graduate programs.

Required Skills

B.S./B.A., Master's Degree preferred, exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders, demonstrated ability to analyze data in order to meet targets, strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with a diverse client base, strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office, excellent leadership skills, and preferred four to six years of experience in graduate admissions. Frequent travel and night and weekend work is required.
