The Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer will serve as a key technical leader, designing and implementing software solutions that support employees, clients, and organizational operations. This role involves creating stable, scalable applications, analyzing current systems to identify improvements, and ensuring security and performance standards are met. The position also provides mentorship to junior developers, guides architectural decisions, and helps shape the organization’s software strategy.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $150,000, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth
