Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Analyst. This position will be located at our site in Palmdale, CA.
We seek Manufacturing Analysts that use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for management. The selected candidate would be responsible to aid tool creation / continuous improvements for front line leaders, CAMs and senior level leaders throughout the production IPT. Performs projects and analysis that directly support program financials and execution. such as but not limited to rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments, CPI / SPI analysis, projects deemed necessary for program execution and financial comparisons by analysis of profit and loss statements and income statements. Prepares reports of findings and recommendations to management. Develops, maintains, and establishes financial review agenda considering such things as information flow, volume, and document format for data processing for program leadership. May provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by IPT.

Primary Level Salary Range : $141,400.00 - $212,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
