As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-in / check-out, answering inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. Compensation : $13.75 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner to create a positive first impression.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure exceptional service.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately to maintain smooth operations.
• Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions to enhance their stay experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area to uphold the hotel's standards of presentation.
