Job descriptionSelling auto, home, renters, condo & umbrella insurance Calling leads, following up, and closing the deal Build strong relationships and referrals through excellent customer service Hitting and exceeding monthly sales and retention goals Providing a professional, personalized experience to every client $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Additional Bonus for Active Life License $55K$70K+ total earning potential (Base + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses) Paid time off (PTO) Dental and vision coverage 401k with company match MondayFriday in-office schedule (no weekends!)
