Corporate & Finance - Infrastructure, Energy, Resources & Projects, Mid-Level Associate

Hogan Lovells Miami office seeks a mid-level associate with a minimum of two to four years' experience to join its Energy, Infrastructure and Finance practice. We are seeking an associate with broad M&A or finance experience with an interest in technology transactions. Candidate should have a stellar academic record, corporate and finance experience with an AMLAW 50 firm, and be bi-lingual (Spanish / English). Must be admitted to the Florida bar or willing to take the Florida bar.
