Job descriptionPatient Ratios : 1 : 6 or 1 : 4 depending on staffing. Try to staff 3 days and 3 nights with a mid-shift from 10A-10P. Many times, we can staff 4 and 4 throughout the shift. Equipment : able to care for patients on ventilators, BiPAP, Central and Arterial lines. EHR : Meditech
