About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis position is a truly unique opportunity to take on a vital role at a fast-growing company that has the highest standards for talent, client success and fun. This person will serve as a critical member to the growing FP&A team to support financial data collection and integration, produce critical financial reporting, and analyze company performance at a granular level. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high degree of analytical rigor, enthusiasm for working with large datasets, comfort with ambiguity, and strong written and verbal communication. This person will be held to a high standard of confidentiality and ethics, as they'll be managing sensitive financial information on a regular basis.

Responsibilities of a Sr. Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

Reporting & Performance Insight

  • Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of timely, accurate reporting that equips leaders with clear, actionable insights.
  • Manage key financial and operating metrics, ensuring consistent definitions, alignment, and usage across the organization.
  • Enhance and maintain reporting within Workday's Adaptive Insights, continually identifying opportunities to elevate how we communicate forecast and actuals.

Analytical Modeling & Strategic Decision Support

  • Build, pressure-test, and refine assumptions-driven models that shape Ovative initiatives and planning cycles.
  • Lead variance, trend, and root-cause analyses that translate raw data into meaningful strategic insights.
  • Work directly with senior leaders to create scenario analyses, investment cases, and ad hoc financial deep dives.
  • Continuously challenge and evolve our reporting and metrics-flagging where new views, calculations, or approaches could unlock clearer decision-making.
  • Collaboration, Partnership, and Team Contribution

  • Build strong, trusted relationships across FP&A, Accounting, and Business Unit leaders to ensure alignment on financial goals and cross-functional clarity.
  • Act as a proactive thought partner on operational and process improvements impacting financial outcomes.
  • Demonstrate accountability by driving clear outcomes, communicating proactively, and following through on commitments.
  • Data Stewardship & Systems Integrity

  • Own the accuracy, cleanliness, and reliability of core financial datasets across platforms.
  • Maintain daily and weekly model inputs required for high-quality forecasting and reporting.
  • Identify upstream data issues and partner with correct teams to streamline processes and improve the overall data environment.
  • For our Sr. Analyst positions, total compensation ranges from $62,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
