• Board Status : BC / BE in General Surgery
• State License Required : Eligibility for Indiana medical license
• Certifications : DEA, CSR
• Experience : Previous general surgery experience preferred
• Additional Requirements : EPIC proficiency, collaborative practice approach DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform general surgical procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings
• Participate in call rotation (1 in 5)
• Provide consultative services and follow-up care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
