Accountant / AP Specialist

With over 50 years of experience in healthcare, school, and tenant improvement construction, they are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / AP Specialist to support their financial operations. In this role you'll work in a team-focused environment handling AP, AIA billing, invoicing, credit card transactions, setting up vendors, and more. Key Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable (AP) and ensure accurate and timely payments
• Handle AIA billing and other construction-related invoicing
• Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
• Utilize Excel for data management and reporting
